Among The Stars

Drawn June of 2008 in Corel Painter, Minor things done in Photoshop CS.

Here's a close up of the characters. I may post it as a deviation later, cause I almost like the close up more. D:

This was a request for Pan. I owed him a drawing for quite some time. I had actually started a different one before this, but some things about it were bothering me, and I lost interest in finishing it.

So, Out came this one.

The moon was the biggest challenge. Making it cartoony, but detailed like the characters. I finally ended up using a google image as a sort of texture, then layering my out colored on textures over top. The rest was basic coloring.
